Kinclaven Avenue and St Andrews
At the heart of Drumchapel, a New Neighbourhood has taken shape, with the completion of these houses for one of the major social landlords in the area. The partnered project of 77 houses, for which we were novated to Cruden Building & Renewals Ltd., includes new offices for Drumchapel Housing Co-operative. This has been followed up by a development at the nearby St Andrews Church site (16 dwellings, largely for special needs).
