Mill Wharf
Mill Wharf is the first phase of a masterplan we prepared, for developers Meridian Homes, of the Possil Cross area, just north of Glasgow city centre. The masterplan was central to securing the initial planning permission for the project, which provides 132 one, two and three-bed apartments in blocks up to 5 storeys high. The building has a timber frame, with a brick skin. Space standards and finishes are of good quality for this entry-level housing.
