    We are pleased to announce that North Lanarkshire Council has granted planning approval for the Orrs Building on South Bridge Street, Airdrie. Our teams new-build proposals, on behalf of Clyde Valley Housing Association, involve a large retail unit on this busy central shopping street, plus 15 flats on four floors above, of which three are at penthouse level with generous rooftop terraces. The site is in Airdrie Town Centre conservation area; by sensitively replacing  a prominent but derelict building CVHA is providing strong support to the Councils efforts to improve the Town Centre and add vitality and viability. Given the central location, our team have negotiated a zero-parking requirement with the local authority.
