FBN along with Scott Bennett Associates and Towler and Hyslop, were successful at the end of December 2009 in winning the feasibility study for Lot 3 of Greenock South Wests new build programme. We are now working with the client, River Clyde Homes, on the four month feasibility study which will consider clearing existing difficult to let tenements and replacing them with 100+ new main door low carbon homes. Three of the four sites have steep slopes, presenting a challenge to design affordable mixed tenure housing.
