    FBN carried out a feasibility study for Thistle Housing Association into the potential uses and conversion possibilities of the adjoining community facility of Toryglen Parish Church. From this study a staged series of conversion works are to go ahead with the first phase to include the addition of a Community Cafe. The Community Cafe is to be a multi purpose facility to provide a drop in community hub and to also allow the existing hall to become a staging area for larger group events with on site catering facilities. The proposals are currently in for building warrant and it is hoped that construction work can begin later in the year.
