    On 25 September 2007, local MSP Bill Butler opened the final phase of the redevelopment of Waverley, in Drumchapel, for our long-standing client, Pineview Housing Association.  The 55 houses are a very popular contrast with the grim 1950s tenements they replaced. Two previous phases piloted by the practice in Waverley incorporated district heating. All five phases involved close consultation with the Association's commitees and staff, and with the people of Waverley. The contractor was J B Bennett (Contracts) Ltd.
