Building on our relationship with HAA Design we assisted on developing major refurbishment proposals and the development of the funding \'Business Plan\' up to Stage D for \'College 2012\'. The main elements of the proposal included the production of a phased development strategy, the upgrading and modification of the existing buildings, covering the central courtyard to provide an atrium, designing the main entrance to the college and rearrangement and upgrades of internal circulation, teaching and administration spaces. This collaboration was carried out between June 2008 and February of 2009.
