Design work is now complete on this 374 sq.m new office building for the community-based housing co-operative in the rapidly-regenerating Possil area of Glasgow, just north of the City Centre. The concept involves a ‘stretched skin’ over a simple shape, apparently reflecting that of the low-rise housing around the building. But the building needs to be robust; our design provides this quality, together with elegant detailing and intriguing features that distinguish the offices from the suburban character of its environment.
