Over 200 new houses and cottage flats have been built on a partnering basis by J B Bennett (Contracts) Ltd., following a masterplan produced for Pineview Housing Association by FBN. The Waverley neighbourhood, on the edge of Drumchapel, has been transformed, and it is again a popular place to live. A district heating system was included in Phases 4 and 5.
