For our client, Link Housing Association we designed two sites at Wood Street in Grangemouth with a total of 73 properties including a mixture of 2/3 storey houses, wheelchair housing and flats. 27 properties are for sale including eleven for sale through the New Supply Shared Equity Scheme. The work is being constructed by Hart Builders and the site is progressing well with the first handovers expected in early December 2009.
