Originally designed to be a two storey office with two smaller units for rental served by stairs and each having their own entrance that could be combined into one larger office if required. Knockout panels have been built into the party walls to allow expansion.
Built in a traditional format brick/block external walls with concrete mid floor and a mono pitch roof. The office has a central light well that lets daylight into the rear of the main boardroom and down to the reception area on the ground floor.
