FBN were successful in winning the feasibility study to review the surplus stock including Mountblow House on the very steep North Mountblow site. Through a series of focus meetings with the North Mountblow Regeneration Group, Dalmuir Park Housing Association and FBN Architects, the constraints of the site were analysed and a number of options looked at. A preferred layout was arrived at and this was presented to the community at a ‘Drop-In Day’ on 1st September and an ‘Open Day’ on 3rd October 2009. The feedback was very positive and any relevant points were incorporated into the layout.
