Teamed up with CCG (Scotland) Ltd., we have been responsible for a significant amount of Glasgow Housing Assocation’s huge modernisation programme for ex Glasgow City Council housing stock, transferred in 2004. CCG has won praise for its performance. This helped when our team was chosen, against stiff competition, to head the Association’s first new-build projects, totalling 239 new houses in the north-east of the city: work started on the three sites early in 2008. We have also helped Lovell Partnerships, who have been overcladding multi-storey flats to our design for GHA.

Independently of these projects, we are teamed with Turner & Townsend on commissions for GHA to assist the Association in its wider role of piloting regeneration in Glasgow.
